For those who knew me through my facial and holistic skin-care offerings, I’ve moved into a new phase of my work — focusing solely on intuitive energy healing. A decision I made after along break and self- reflection.

And just like that, 2023 has come to an end.

It feels as though this year has gone by so quickly does it not?
For me the moving swiftly of time serves as a clear reminder to cherish the moments in life and to find the magic in everything.

As we close off in the darkest time of the year, many of us may be feeling the call to let go of what is tugging at us asking to be released.
This time of the year, is when we reflect on our past and are given the opportunity to retreat and embrace the energy of going within to look at the dark spaces of ourselves. Mother nature does this for herself and asks the same for us.

As uncomfortable as this process may be, it is truly a Blessing; to unburden ourselves of what no longer serves our highest good and to move closer to our innate being and ultimately reveal our true authentic self.
I am personally looking forward to taking some time off for "me time". Time to retreat, rest and pause for awhile.

It is with curiosity and hope that I wish to step into 2024.
I am excited to see what is possible this New Year and I hope you are too!

And as I look into the future, I can't help but to look back on the year with warm thanks for your continued love and support in 2023❤️.

Gratitude

Nature has a way of reminding us that there is always something to be grateful for, as we witness Her in all of Her glory, in all of Her seasons of transformation.

Even in the season of death (winter), there is still magic, transformation and change that is taking place in the stillness. It is just as an important season as summer is.

The fall is a time leading up to the big shift of winter. With its shorter days and longer nights.
Have you felt the slowdown in your energy lately?

Experience our Kansa Facial massage with Reiki for added relaxation and restoration.

The Kansa Facial massage is derived from Ayurvedic healing traditions. This healing tool with its bronze metal dome, energetically activates the marma points (energy centers) on the face to help balance their corresponding organ systems as well as pulling out acidity and stagnant lymph from the skin tissues leaving a radiant glow.
It will also help tighten the skin and reduce fine lines as it gently glides across your skin; soothing the nervous system with every pass.
We complete this ritual with 20 minutes of gentle Reiki healing to enhance this restorative whole body experience .
