The black sugar originates from the high quality raw black sugar-cane grown in the environmentally clean and fresh Yunnan altitude of 1100 meters. Each sugar block is 100% freshly hand-made using our traditional 18 step process. No colouring and antiseptics are added.

The sugar is has a soft mouth feel and naturally mellow flavour reminiscent of the Yunnan highlands. What nature gives in flavour, it also compliments with higher traditional homeopathic medicinal value. The colour tone of each batch of sugar is slightly different owing to organic diversity and the hand made process.
