Hi clients! I just wanted to share a quick update regarding my late policy.

I completely understand that unexpected things happen — emergencies, weather, highway construction, and traffic can sometimes be unavoidable.

I’m approximately a 25-minute drive from North Bay, so please plan to give yourself at least a 30-minute buffer when travelling to your appointment. This will help ensure you arrive on time and we can make the most of your scheduled appointment.

If you know you’re going to be late, I truly appreciate you sending me a message as soon as possible.
