Gardening is more than just a task—it's an opportunity to engage with nature. Since it can be physically demanding, it's wise to prevent injuries by incorporating a brief warm-up and practicing mindful ergonomics. The garden is my sanctuary, where I can easily spend an entire day. So it’s crucial to incorporate stretching, alternate tasks, and take breaks to ensure I can do it all over again the next day.

Receiving sufficient Vitamin D from sunlight is crucial for maintaining good health; however, too much exposure can be counterproductive. To safely enjoy sunbathing, target 15 to 20 minutes without sunscreen to facilitate Vitamin D absorption.
