As the salon continues to grow, I want to make sure every client has the best experience possible. Here are a few quick policies to help keep everything running smoothly 🤍

💌 Messages & Inquiries
I respond to salon messages during regular business hours and will get back to you as soon as possible!

⏰ Arrival Time
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early, as I may still be with another client or preparing the salon.

🚗 Late Arrivals
Running late? Please send me a message! Late arrivals may require shortening or rescheduling your appointment depending on timing.

🗓️ Cancellations & No-Shows
Life happens, I completely understand! However, no-shows will require a 50% deposit before booking future appointments. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may also be subject to a fee.

🧼 Illness Policy
If you’re feeling unwell or showing signs of illness, please message me to reschedule. Illness-related cancellations will never be penalized.

💳 Payment
Payment is due at the end of your appointment. Cash, debit, and all major credit cards are accepted through Square.

​My client wanted high-contrast, chunky black lowlights while keeping her natural grey low-maintenance. To make it work, I sectioned off a 1-inch "veil" along her part to softly cover the bold sections underneath.

📣 MODEL CALL: PORTFOLIO EXPANSION 📣

​I’m looking for 2-3 models for a couple of specific looks to expand my professional portfolio and create some new social content!

✨️​Option 1: The Calico Look (1 Model)

​This is for the bold and the trendy! Think high-contrast, artistic "patchwork" panels of copper, black or brunette, and blonde. Specific tones and placement will be discussed.

• ​Portfolio Rate: $220 + tax (Includes custom color, cut, and style).

• ​Requirements: Must have virgin hair OR be a current blonde looking for a bold change.

• ​Time Commitment: Approx. 4–6 hours.

✨️​Option 2: Rich Brunette Balayage (1-2 Models)

​Ditch the "winter dull" for something dimensional, incredibly glossy, and "quiet luxury." I am expanding my portfolio to include more of these soft, expensive-looking brunettes.

• ​Portfolio Rate: $170 + tax (Includes custom balayage, cut, and style).

• ​Requirements: Virgin hair preferred (No black box dye history, please!) Professional colour history is okay.

• ​Time Commitment: Approx. 2.5–4 hours.

​The Details:
• ​No Box Dye: No judgment on box dye but to ensure the best portfolio results, I cannot accept models with recent black, dark, or red box dye history.

• ​Content: Must be comfortable being filmed/photographed for social media use. I do my best to keep your face out of content

• ​Location: Ferris, Kay's Grace Salon
