Zumba starts back up again in Jocko Point tonight at 7pm at the community Center. Tonight's class is FREE!

Hey everyone, for those of you who come to World Gym for zumba Tuesday's and Thursday's there is a time change for the month of May, class will be at 7:00pm instead of 7:30 for the month of May only! Hope to see you there :)

Got to start teaching in Jocko Point again tonight! Man I missed you guys! And we had some new faces which is fantastic they showed up with great spirit and gave it their all! You guys are always a great bunch to teach and I look forward to many more weeks to come! Thank you for always showing up with smiles on your faces and still leaving with them by the time we are done! :)

I am back up and running in North Bay at the World Gym at 300 Lakeshore Drive. Every Tuesday and Thursday come Join me at 7:00pm for a fun filled Zumba class. Zumba is a great work out that doesn't feel like a workout because it's so much fun!
Memberships are only 20$ a month and that gives you access to everything at the gym including group classes!
Come and sign up and see what World Gym has to offer.

It's Tuesday night! Which means time for a fun filled zumba class at 6:30 at for the love of it studio next to Dirty Rydz on lakeshore drive. There are some changes to the Zumba schedule this month please be sure to check out the schedule at fortheloveofityoga.com! Classes on Thursday will now be at 6:00pm instead of 5:30pm. Tuesday will remain at 6:30pm and Friday will remain at 5:30pm. There will be no classes this Thursday June 4th and No class on Friday June 19th! Pay-what-you-can. Hope to see everyone tonight! :)
