❤️ UPDATE: MATTER BEING RESOLVED ❤️

The family of the person involved in the unpaid item incident has reached out to us directly. They were very sincere, respectful, and responsible, and have arranged to come to the store to apologize and complete the payment.

We truly appreciate the family for taking this matter seriously and making an honest effort to put things right. Everyone can make a poor decision, and we believe what matters most is taking responsibility and learning from it.

To protect the family’s privacy, we have removed the original video and will handle the rest of the matter privately.

We would also like to gently remind everyone that Comma Store is a non-profit community store. Our work helps support and fundraise for local community events and initiatives. When an item is taken without payment, it affects not only our small store, but also our ability to continue giving back to the community.
