People often ask me how I stay on top of myself with 3 kids and to be honest it's the other mommas I come across who motivate me also! WERE KILLING IT!

Us moms these days know how to do it all! We're out here doing it ALL! 🤪

What motivates me truly is my family and our goals. Myself and my husband give ourselves yearly goals and this year were aiming for the stars💫

I always set small goals for myself dosnt matter what category it is in health, financial, even mental health goals limiting negative energy and dark clouds could be people places or things that bring you down limit the toxicity and stay humble and positive and happy. Little Saturday pep talk! I always need to always give myself small talks of what my true goals are and what is the most important to me.

1. My family 👪
2. My health (mental and physical) ❤️ 🏋️‍♀️ 💪
3. Long term financial goals 🙌 💵

What a night 🌙 we had out for my brother in laws birthday 15 years celebrating this guy's birthday and we always have the best nights ever!!

This is what one month of consistency, and self motivation does! 14lbs down in 5 weeks.

147-133 for reference I am 5'2.

People have asked me so many times what I do and how I stay motivated and the truth is I know that if I don't feel good about myself I am not able to mentally keep up with my children. When I feel good and am in a good state of mind I feel like a better person, a better mom and better wife.

A few things I do Is

*Eat between 10/11am-5/6pm. I try my best to make better choices but don't kid yourself I am someone who likes to eat, sometimes I fall off and I beat myself up for it but I always tell myself tomorrow is a new day let's get it together!

* I fill my 40oz stanley about 5 times a day and I fill it twice a day with my watermelon edge aka happy juice 😊

* I aim for 15k steps everyday and usually hit my goal or between 10k-15k I'm constantly on the go.

* The last year I have not been consistent in the gym but since 2018 I habe always been someone who excerises I have done boxing small group classes, womans bootcamp classes and I love it! But right now my priorities are being there for my children and I'm currently maintaining my weight and concentrating on my mental health and prioritizing to be a better and happy person!

A little info on me, my name is Grace I'm a 32 year old mom of 3 with the best hubby in the 🌎! For a few years I was doing spray tanning and because mom & wife life is a little to busy I had to take a step back.

After having 3 babies back to back, I was on a major health and weight loss journey after each pregnancy I had to loose about 50-60lbs each time.
