Apparently my treatment goals are:
✅ Brows so high they’re touching Jesus
✅ Frozen and snatched
✅ Asking why I’m not getting more units every 30 seconds
I also have these lovely throbbing veins sitting exactly where Nurse Thea needed to inject around my crow’s feet 😭 so we were fully expecting at least a little bruise situation.
Somehow she worked around them and I walked away bruise free 🙌
Friendly reminder: bruising can still happen even with a great injector. Tiny blood vessels can get nicked during treatment, especially in more vascular areas, so bruising does not automatically mean your injector did something wrong.
For the record, Nurse Thea survived my commentary, my brows are basically meeting Jesus 🙏 and I still somehow wanted more units 😂
Also, more does not always mean better… even if my personal preference is frozen and snatched into another dimension.

A little neurotoxin tip I’ve added to my routine 👀✨
Some research suggests that taking zinc before your neurotoxin treatment may help improve its effectiveness and potentially help it last longer.
In one small clinical study, participants taking zinc with phytase before treatment experienced an average increase in duration of almost 30%. The protocol used zinc for about 4 days before treatment.
Also, side note: my lines look much more dramatic in person than they’re giving on camera 😂
Not a guarantee, but definitely an interesting little pre treatment habit to know about. 💉✨

What does 4.8 mL of filler actually look like? 👀
Probably a lot more natural than you’d expect.
This is a great example of how filler can be strategically distributed throughout the face to restore volume, soften areas of concern and create a more balanced, refreshed appearance without looking “overdone.”
In this case, the cheeks, nasolabial folds and lips were treated for subtle, full face rejuvenation.
Because it’s not always about adding more. It’s about placing the right amount in the right areas. ✨

Beautiful, balanced results ✨
A little strategic filler can make such a difference. By enhancing the cheeks, defining the gonial angle, which is the back corner of the jawline, and contouring the chin, we were able to create more structure and balance through the lower face while keeping the result soft and natural.
The goal is never to change your face. It’s to enhance what’s already there. 🤍
