Day 2 / 7: Cooking with Ghee 🔥
Warm, Crunchy, Delicious Gujarati Salad - Sambharo
Ingredients 🌿
✨ 1 tbsp Ghee (your colon’s favorite lubricant)
✨ 1 tsp Mustard seeds
✨ 1 tsp Cumin seeds
✨ 1 pinch Asafoetida (Hing)
✨ 2 large sprigs Curry leaves
✨ 1 Green chilli , finely sliced
✨ 1 cup Carrots, shredded
✨ 2 cups Cabbage, finely shredded
✨ 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
✨ Salt to taste
✨ 1 tsp Lemon juice
✨ 1/2 tsp Sugar (optional, to balance the attitude ;)
Easy, Simple, comes together in less than 20 minutes 🙌
