Recently, my therapist and I have been doing "parts work." She asks me to focus on a specific part of myself, and that version of Chris' needs.

There are some parts of us that we neglect or "put in the backseat" in our day-to-day lives that we love and admire. I hope you ask yourself this today: Which part of you do you miss most, and how can you connect with them this coming week?

(I recommend setting up a "date" to take out that part of you - It's worked wonders for me)
