It’s so easy to create a stigma of how you act and dress when looking in social media.

As many have said before social media is the highlight of people’s lives. So while sitting there a stressing and comparing yourself to what you see, I want you to remember how you felt, looked and acted in the highlights of your life and just know that it’s possible to achieve the highlights of your life everyday.

This happens more than not. Momma you are doing fine. I need you to understand it’s ok to feel these things. Instead of overwhelming yourself with everything, take one thing that you want to fix and adjust your habits and lifestyle to fixing that. You are not alone.

Mental MOTHERLOAD. Now let’s change the mindset: 1. Sleep is so crucial to my over all well being, getting a few extra minutes will only help me and my family! 2. My marriage is a priority and I’m going to have a chat about this with my partner. 3. I make mistakes but I am always willing to acknowledge my faults to my kids and learn from them. 4. My kids are fed and healthy. 5. I spent time on my phone today because I needed mental space but tomorrow I’ll put it away. 6. A clean house will come. This seasons is short lived. 7. Encouraging independent play is crucial. 8. I get to teach my kids routine and kiss them good night each night. 9. Kids needs play & love not an overloaded schedule. 10. I get to shower and refresh! 11. I’m going to ask my husband on a date. I know. Easier said. But let’s practice together.
