Responsibilities:

Receive customer calls and coordinate clinic appointments

Actively perform client services regardless of age, gender or religion (lice screenings, treatments, re-checks)

Work with the team to provide the highest quality standard in lice removal

School head lice screenings

Provide excellent customer service to all clients (in clinic, at schools, camps and at home visits)

Requirements:

1+ years in sales/customer service
Experience with lice removal is a plus
Salon/education/hospitality/healthcare/childcare is a bonus

Ability to work a flexible schedule - days, evenings and weekends

Computer knowledge, POS - Point of Sale experience
Good verbal communication skills

Outgoing and warm personality

Patient, positive and enjoys working with children/families

Sympathetic during stressful situations

Submit to and pass criminal background and VSS (Vulnerable Sector Screening) checks

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Exceptional attention to detail

Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Strong vision and good fine motor skills

Possess a mobile phone

Earn up to $16.00 + per hour (competitive hourly rate, retail sales commissions, tips, travel fees for mobile visits)

We’re almost half way through the summer and our techs are gearing up for the second session with our partnering camps. Make sure to get your kids screened by one of our lice experts to ensure you are sending your kids to camp lice free.
