🌿 What About If We Just Let the Past Go?

It was a hard day. I was not happy with myself even I did my best and God knows I really did. It was time to sleep but I was just scrolling on my phone and trying not to think, feel. Just trying to pass the time to survive the night (again). What if healing wasn’t about fixing who we were…
but releasing who we no longer need to be?

What if today, we simply exhaled
and let the past fall away like old petals from a flower that has already bloomed?

All the stories.
All the pain.
All the versions of ourselves shaped by survival.

We don’t have to carry them anymore.
We are allowed to grow beyond what once hurt us.
We are allowed to rewrite our story from love, not fear. Cry if you need to, feel your pain and let it go. Once and for all.

Because your power was never lost it was only waiting for you to remember. 🌸

🌿 This morning something powerful happened.

I was out walking with my dog Elle when I heard this loud, clear voice inside me. It wasn’t my usual inner chatter. It was something higher. Wiser. Fierce in truth.

I literally asked out loud: “Who’s talking?”
And I realized — it was a higher level of me, finally being heard.

She was showing me how, years ago, I had lowered my frequency just to stay connected to someone who said, “I love you,” “Trust me,” “I know how you feel.”
Words my inner child never heard growing up.

And she — that little girl inside me — grabbed onto those words like a lifeline.
Even though the relationship was full of red flags, even though the wiser part of me was screaming, I stayed. Because those words made her feel safe.

It was such a strange and beautiful experience — like my soul and my subconscious were having a reunion. A reckoning.

I’m sharing this because maybe someone else out there has felt the same.
Maybe you’ve silenced your truth to be loved.
Maybe you’ve traded your power for what looked like safety.

This isn’t about shame.
It’s about finally hearing yourself again — and trusting that the voice inside you knows the way.
