I have the account for 2-year and information were the same. No misleading information. Photos are my Home Clinic. I have clients over 11 years. Only start creating the profile over 2-3 years, every review was written by my clients from their bottom of their heart. These are 71 genuine 5-star reviews. I am just running a small Home clinic by myself as a solo practitioner. I am now also worrying my genuine customer reviews disappearing. This will have a big impact onto my business.
My Acupuncture and RMT registration can be found on CTCMPAO and CMTO. I also have my name listed on Luminohealth webpage (from Sunlife) as Reg. Acupuncturist and RMT which are having pretty good rating. All these Google business profile was linking to my business website. All the organizations are well-known and recognised by the public. I have no different from other healthcare practitioner but why my business profile is suddenly disabled.
Could Google Business Profile give me an explanation and let me know what is going on? How could I reach out to them?
I am not a IT person and I don't how to search the information. There is no phone number and no email that can be reached.
