Verão é tempo de lavandas aqui em Ontário. Temos mais de 70 fazendas que plantam estas flores e em Julho a início de Agosto podemos aproveitar estes festivais de lavanda, visitando as plantações, comprando os produtos derivados da lavanda e claro curtir a natureza com esse cheirinho especial. Hmmm tudo de bom!!
Você sabia que a lavanda possui muito mais do que apenas um cheirinho gostoso?
Sim seu perfume e óleos pode tratar vários problemas de saúde de estresse a insônia além de também ser um ótimo ingrediente na cozinha podendo ser usado pra fazer várias gostosuras.
Eu amei o meu passeio na fazenda de lavanda e já quero conhecer outras, por isso quero deixar essa dica pra que você que assim como eu ama a natureza já se planeje para o próximo verão.

YAY I’M SO EXCITED! 😆 In January Mary Kay offered us to earn a Free 5 day cruise 🚢 for 2 to Bahamas 🇧🇸 all expenses paid I mean ALL even the flight to Miami. I am bursting with gratitude and happiness to say I earned it!
