Ignore the hype.
Hormone balancing diets, anti inflammatory diets; they are not some magical new diet.
They are merely diets that focus on mainly fruits, vegetables and lean cuts of protein, while eliminating highly processed foods.
That’s it.
You don’t need to spend lots of money on supplements and specific foods to lower your inflammation and “balance” your hormones.
You just need to follow BASIC NUTRITION PRINCIPLES.

12 weeks of eating in a caloric deficit with a meal plan given to you by a nutrition coach WILL give you “before and after” picture worthy results.
But then what?
Do you know how much protein you need and are able to eat?
Do you know HOW to build a balanced, nutrient dense plate from the foods you already have in your kitchen?
Do you know how to make intentional and mindful food choices when out enjoying a dinner with friends?
Did your 12 week meal plan and calorie deficit teach you those skills?
If not, chances are that “before and after” photo doesn’t mean s**t in your longterm health.
You probably don’t need a meal plan in a calorie deficit. You probably need to work with a nutrition coach who’s dedicated to helping you make longterm sustainable nutrition changes.
