Why do we start the Elevate Facial at the chest?

It might seem strange to start a facial nowhere near your face, but there’s a reason! I begin with gentle lymphatic drainage around the chest, collarbones and neck before moving up to the face. This helps prepare the pathways where lymph from the head and face eventually drains.

Think of it as getting the pathway ready before we start moving fluid. Then we work our way up — chest → neck → jaw → face — before getting into the sculpting, myofascial release and buccal massage.
