We are beyond excited for this new chapter that Nick and are about to dive into! We are so sad not to have Carly at the shop along side us but I know she will come in and visit often! And of course I want baby snuggles!! 🥰 Carly has been such an amazing part of Jaz’d Up and it wouldn’t be what it is without her dedication and hard work throughout the years! I can’t wait to see her dive into motherhood and I know she will rock it! ❤️

✨ A Little Life Update ✨

After much anticipation; Nick, our pooch Emmett, and I are so excited to share that we are expecting a baby in November 2026! 🤍

As many of you know, I’ve spent years behind the chair building relationships with so many wonderful people. What started as doing hair has become so much more than that, and I am incredibly grateful for every client who has trusted me, supported me, laughed with me, and shared parts of their life with me along the way.

With this new chapter approaching, I have made the decision to take a full year of maternity leave away from hair. This is a season of life that I don’t want to miss, and I want to be fully present for all the moments that come with welcoming and raising our little one.

At this time, I haven’t made any long-term decisions about whether I will return to the industry after my maternity leave. That is something I plan to revisit later on once I’ve had time to settle into motherhood and see where life leads us.

For now, my focus is on enjoying the remainder of my pregnancy, spending time with my clients, and preparing for the arrival of our baby.

Seventeen years ago, Jazd Up Hair Design began with a timid 23 year old stylist with a vision, passion, and a whole lot of heart, with an extremely supportive family to back her ❤️ and today, we’re beyond grateful to still be doing what we love every single day.
