Lymph.... fascia what is the connection.
They may be talked about separately but inside your body they are closely connected.
Movement. Fluid. Tissue Health.
It is all part of a much bigger conversation.
Over the next few Monday posts I am breaking down the Lymph and Fascia connection and discussing why it matters.
Stay tuned this is a good one!

Happy Fun Friday from this entire one woman corporation.
CEO, lymphatic specialist, receptionist, laundry department, marketing team, supply manager...and occasional IT disaster.
Thankfully this one woman corporation is VERY lucky to have Bri Kreese helping with all things IT... we all have our limits.
Love you Bri!
Here’s to all the small business owners wearing 47 hats and somehow keeping it all in motion!
Your face has an incredible network of lymphatic vessels working quietly behind the scenes, helping move fluid from tissues and supporting your body’s normal waste clearing and immune processes. Just like the rest of your body your face tissues need to stay hydrated to function well.
So for today’s Thirsty Thursday reminder:
•Hydrate throughout the day
•Get some gentle movement
•Take a few slow deep belly breaths
Always remember your lymphatic system likes movement not perfection.
Your face has lymphatics too and they are working every single minute of everyday involuntarily... whether you think about them or not.

No I haven’t suddenly become a fitness instructor. I am still your lymphatic specialist!
But one thing I talk about all of the time is movement and how much our bodies benefit from simply getting up and moving them.
Today I am sharing a little glimpse of my own leg workout. Squats, reverse kicks, side lunges, and last but not least the always fun wall squat.
It doesn’t need to be fancy.
It doesn’t have to be an hour.
And it definitely doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s workout.
Just move.
Our muscles help support circulation and lymphatic flow, and regular movement can help us maintain strength, mobility and function as we move through life.
Some days I feel strong. Some days I modify. Some days getting started is the biggest accomplishment. It all counts.
Sooo this workout Wednesday, consider this as a little nudge to do something your body is capable of today. A walk, a few squats, some stretching, dancing in the kitchen whatever gets you moving.
Our bodies don’t need perfection they need participation.

Where do you carry stress in your body?
Take a breath settle in and feel.... is it
Your shoulders?
Your neck?
Your jaw?
Your belly?
Your lower back?
Or maybe somedays everywhere...
Sometimes we get used to holding tension and we don’t even realize it! It becomes our normal.

Oh how we could all use a couple more minutes of ZZZ’s in the morning 😴.
But on a heated bed after a relaxing massage or lymph treatment? Game over 😂.
Happy Friday everyone! I hope you have a wonderful weekend. Be well.
