Katie will be backstage today + tomorrow offering her hair + makeup skills for the Ecole Deer Meadow School play - Matilda, which is happening at the Trans Canada theatre tonight 7pm + tomorrow 2pm and 7pm

So fun to see local kids transform into their characters + take centre stage. .by.k.t.supernant does such a good job helping them dress the part.

If you haven’t been to one of the middle school plays, highly recommend you check it out! It’s so well done!

A little nostalgia for ya!

It’s August 2019 + aka alongside are painting the beautiful koi fish mural on …. our drink menu is really starting to expand, a customer had stated they were visiting a competitor’s coffee shop for a green tea lemonade + I just had to figure out a way to curate something that would perhaps give her a reason to order one from us next time- so the birth of the Matcha Bucha happened! The boys were thirsty with all their hard work, and very receptive to testing out the recipe until we got it right!

Today’s drink special is MATCHA BUCHA💚🍋it’s a matcha ice froth served over kombucha of choice! Try one $1.50 off today! And when you’re sipping on your refreshing kombucha matcha lemonade think of the good old days + cheers to those willing pals who sample the early creations!
