💉 BIRTHDAY BESTIE TOX SPECIAL! 🎉👯‍♀️

It’s my birthday, and because nothing says “I’m aging gracefully” like strategically freezing your face, I’m celebrating with friends! From today through October 31st, bring a friend, get toxed together, and you’ll BOTH score $6.50/unit! 💉✨

Anyone who has followed my journey this past year knows the struggle has been very real. Honestly, without my friends, I’m not sure I would have made it—so this one is for friendship, surviving another year, and looking fabulous while pretending we have our lives together. 😂

Here’s to 42 years of life, laughter, and lessons… and hopefully at least another 42, assuming my knees, back, and skincare routine cooperate! 🥂

Grab your bestie, book your appointments together, and let’s celebrate with fewer wrinkles, more confidence, and just enough tox to keep the birthday drama—and facial expressions—under control. 😏💅

Bring a friend. Get toxed together. Pay only $6.50/unit—each! 🎉

It is with an incredibly heavy heart that I share the passing of my dad. ❤️

He may have technically been my “bonus dad,” but there was never anything “bonus” about the way he loved me. He had been in my life since I was just 18 months old, and from the very beginning, he loved me, raised me and treated me as his own. I will forever be grateful that I got to call him Dad.

Over the years, he supported me through so many chapters of my life, and I feel incredibly fortunate that in his final days, I was able to be there for him and support him the way he had always supported me.

The kids were able to come and say their final goodbye to their Papa. Just 10 minutes after they left, Dad passed away. I was beside him, holding his hand, and he left this world so peacefully. As heartbreaking as that moment was, I will forever be grateful that he wasn’t alone and that I was able to be there with him until the very end.

This past year has been one of the most difficult years my family and I have ever faced. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to every single person who has reached out, checked in, sent a message, offered support or simply given me grace when I needed to change or cancel appointments. Your kindness and understanding have meant more to me than I could ever properly put into words.

For now, I’m going to take a few days to be with my family, grieve, and process everything that has happened.

I plan to return to work on September 21st. I will personally reach out to everyone whose appointment has been affected to get you rescheduled. Please bear with me while I work through everyone — I promise I haven’t forgotten about you.

Dad, thank you for choosing to love me as your own. Thank you for being there through my entire life, for loving my kids, and for being someone I could always count on.

I hope you knew how deeply you were loved.

Rest peacefully, Dad. ❤️
I was lucky to have you for as long as I did, and I’ll carry you with me always.

Love,
Crystal

A little life update ❤️

I’ve rescheduled my appointments for the rest of this week. To my patients who have been moved around — some more than once — thank you for your patience, understanding and grace.

Anyone who knows me knows how hard it is for me to step away from work. My business is a huge part of me, so admitting that work just isn’t the most important thing right now is incredibly difficult. But appointments can be moved. Work will still be there. Right now, I need to let myself just be a daughter.

Today we had a conversation no one is ever prepared to have — the end-of-life conversation.

There are so many things working against my dad, and medically, there just isn’t much going in his favour. Palliative care came to speak with us, and I truly thought we were moving toward end-of-life care.

But Dad had something to say about that.

He isn’t ready. He still wants to fight.

He understands how serious things are and that the odds are stacked against him. His wish is to keep fighting, and we will respect that. I don’t know what tomorrow brings or how much fight his body has left, but while he wants to fight, we’ll fight beside him.

And because apparently my heart hasn’t carried enough lately, my mom has her 4-month CT follow-up tomorrow. She has been cancer free since surgery, and I’m praying with everything in me that tomorrow confirms she still is.

Please cross your fingers and toes, say a prayer or send some good energy. Because I genuinely don’t think I can mentally handle much more right now.

To my family, friends and patients — thank you. For helping with my kids, checking on me, listening to me cry, making me laugh, praying for us and reminding me we aren’t alone.

I see your messages and appreciate every single one. ❤️ Please don’t take it personally if I haven’t responded. I just don’t have it in me to answer everyone right now, but I’m reading them and feeling all the love.

Being Nurse Crystal just isn’t as important right now as being Crystal, his daughter.

Work will be there. Appointments can be rescheduled. Time with my dad can’t be.

And as long as Dad keeps saying “I’m not done yet,” neither are we. ❤️‍🩹

A little personal update ❤️

I wanted to share a little update because so many of you have been incredibly kind and continue to ask about both my mom and dad.

Two weeks ago, my dad had a fall and unfortunately broke his femur. He underwent surgery and is still in the hospital recovering. Since then, things have been complicated. His hemoglobin has continued to drop, and he has now required two blood transfusions on two separate occasions.

Unfortunately, we’ve also learned that his cancer has spread, and his immunotherapy has been stopped. Right now, we’re taking things one day at a time and focusing on getting him through this hospital stay. ❤️

Thankfully, I have some really good news about my mom. She is officially cancer free! 🙏❤️ She requires no further cancer treatment at this time and will simply be monitored going forward. She is still recovering from her surgery, but she continues to get stronger and is doing better.

I truly appreciate every single one of you who has asked about my parents, checked in on me, sent a message, or simply given me a little extra grace. It means more to me than you know.

As most of you know, I’m a one-woman show, and right now I’m also trying to be there for my family as much as possible. I am continuing to work and take care of all of you, but if I occasionally have to move or reschedule an appointment, I sincerely apologize in advance. Sometimes family has to come first, and right now things can change very quickly.

Thank you for continuing to support my little business while also giving me the flexibility to be a daughter when my parents need me. ❤️

Love Nurse Crystal 🩷

2008 vs. 2026… 💁🏼‍♀️

One thing got older… my standards. 😏

23-year-old me thought a night out was enough to look refreshed.

41-year-old me knows it takes hydration, sunscreen, a little science… and a phenomenal injector. (Conveniently, I know one. 😉)

Let’s just get ahead of the comments…

Yes, I’ve had work done.
✨ Botox every 4–5 months
✨ Sculptra
✨ Cheek filler
✨ Chin filler
✨ Lip filler
✨ Tummy tuck
✨ Medical-grade skincare (SkinMedica & Alumier)
✨ SPF every single day.

And guess what?

I’m not trying to look 23 again.
I’m trying to look like the hottest, healthiest, most confident version of 41.

The funniest part of my job?

Women lean in and whisper,
“My husband doesn’t know I get Botox…”
or
“He doesn’t want me getting filler because he’s afraid I’ll look fake.”

Ladies… unless he’s volunteering to carry your babies, survive the hormones, lose years of sleep, and fight gravity with his bare hands… he doesn’t get the final vote. 😂

Good aesthetic work isn’t about looking “done.”
It’s about looking refreshed, rested, and like yourself on your very best day.

Do it because YOU smile bigger when you look in the mirror.
Do it because YOU feel confident.
Do it because YOU deserve to feel amazing in your own skin.

If Botox, skincare, and a little filler are my midlife crisis… I’d say it’s a whole lot cheaper than a sports car and way more practical. 😂💉

If you’ve been thinking about it, this is your sign. Stop overthinking and book the consultation. Ask the questions. Learn your options. There is absolutely no pressure—just honest advice and a plan that’s tailored to you.

You deserve to feel confident every time you catch your reflection. ❤️

Let’s make people wonder if you changed your hair… not your face. 😉💉

⚽️🇵🇹 GO PORTUGAL GO!! 🇵🇹⚽️

Well… Cristiano Ronaldo stopped by for a little Botox tune-up before the big game… 🤷‍♀️💉

The only tiny detail he forgot to mention? He’d be running around in the blazing heat for 90+ minutes. 😂

Don’t be like Ronaldo! 😉

If you’re booking your Botox or Dysport appointment, remember for the first 24 hours:
❌ No workouts
❌ No saunas
❌ No hot tubs
❌ No excessive heat (yes… even cheering your heart out in Portugal’s summer heat!)

Ignoring those instructions can increase how quickly your body metabolizes the product, which may shorten how long your results last—or in some cases, affect how well your treatment settles.

Play smart. Recover smarter. Your wrinkles can wait… your aftercare can’t. 😏💉

And before anyone asks… yes, AI deserves a standing ovation, and thank you to Ronaldo for unknowingly lending me his face for this masterpiece. 😉

GO PORTUGAL GO!! 🇵🇹❤️

HarmonyCa for the WIN! ✨🔥

Can we just take a moment for this glow-up?! 😍

Those little “ruffle chips” that start showing up around the lower face? You know… the jowls, the softening jawline, the marionette lines, the “why does my face suddenly look tired?” look… HarmonyCa says, “Not today.” 💁🏼‍♀️

HarmonyCa doesn’t just fill—it stimulates your own collagen while giving beautiful, natural support where you’ve lost volume. Think:
✨ Snatched jawline
✨ Softer jowls
✨ Smoother marionette lines
✨ Improved lower face definition
✨ Firmer, tighter-looking skin
✨ Natural-looking results that keep getting better over time

The goal isn’t to change your face…
It’s to make people wonder why you suddenly look so refreshed. 😉

🚨 I’m looking for a few HarmonyCa models at MODEL PRICING! 🚨

If you’ve been staring at your lower face thinking, “When did that happen?”… this is your sign.

📩 DM me “HarmonyCa” to claim a model spot before they’re gone!

XO,
Nurse Crystal 💉💕

🚨 TOUGH COOKIE ALERT 🚨

This little queen is only 4 years old and got her ears pierced without a single tear. Not one. Zero. Zilch. 💪✨

Meanwhile, some of you fully grown adults are asking if you can bring a support person for Botox. 😂

With Nurse Crystal, piercings are done with a sterile needle (never a gun), implant-grade titanium jewelry, and lots of patience to make the experience as comfortable as possible.

✨ Looking for piercing models! ✨

I’m currently looking for models for ALL types of piercings for content and portfolio building.

💎 Ears
💎 Nose
💎 Navel
💎 Cartilage
💎 And more!

🔥 Model pricing is just $50 including implant-grade titanium jewelry.

Spots are limited and will be first come, first served.

📩 Send me a DM to claim your spot!

Because life is short, summer is here, and new piercings are cheaper than therapy. 😘

🚨 MODEL CALLS COMING IN HOTTTT 🚨

You know I can’t sit still for long… so naturally I’ve gone and added MORE things to my plate. 😂💁‍♀️

✨ COMING SOON: MODEL CALLS ✨

I’m going to be looking for models for:

💉 Sclerotherapy
Bye-bye spider veins. 👋🕷️

✨ HarmonyCa (NEW TREATMENT ALERT!)
Think collagen stimulation + instant support = a regenerative glow-up that keeps getting better. 😍

📍 Piercings
Needle only. Implant-grade titanium. No sketchy mall guns over here. 🙅‍♀️

🔥 The best part?
These model spots will be offered at COST OF PRODUCT ONLY. That’s right… ridiculously discounted treatments in exchange for being my gorgeous model.

⚠️ Fair warning: these spots will disappear faster than a mom hiding in the bathroom for five minutes of peace.

Keep your eyes glued to my page 👀 because once these model calls drop, it’s first come, first served.

Tag your bestie, your sister, your neighbour, your work wife… heck, tag the person who’s been saying “I’ve been meaning to do that” for the last 3 years. 😂

Stay tuned, babes.

🚨 HOT GIRL SUMMER COUNTDOWN 🚨

Ladies… there are officially TWO WEEKS left until summer vacation starts. 🎉☀️

Do you know what that means?

It means you have exactly TWO WEEKS to get Hot Girl Summer ready before my schedule turns into:

👧👦👧 “Mommmmm…”
🍿 “I’m bored.”
🚗 “Can we go somewhere?”
🥤 “I’m hungry.”
🙃 Repeat 47 times per day.

Starting July and August, I’ll have the entire gang home for the summer, which means my clinic hours will decrease significantly. I’ll only be in ONE weekend per month and every Thursday for a few hours.

So if you’ve been thinking about:
💉 Botox
💋 Filler
✨ Skin treatments
🔥 Sweating less this summer

Now would be a fantastic time to stop thinking about it and actually book it.

And don’t forget…

🎉 Botox is still ONLY $5.50/unit until June 30th! 🎉
Ask me how :)

Because apparently I enjoy giving discounts almost as much as I enjoy spending my summer trying to convince three children that “we are not getting snacks again.”

Book now before the chaos begins.

Have the best day, enjoy the sunshine, and if you’re a parent… may the odds be ever in your favour this summer. 🍷☀️😂

Cheers,

💉 Nurse Crystal
