I completed my Massage Therapy training at Georgian College and graduated in December 2014. I have been registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since October 2015. Massage has many positive effects on the body and overall wellness. Whether you are looking to decrease muscle tension, rehabilitate an injury, get rid of a headache, a good deep tissue massage or de-stress and relax, I love to see clients leave happy and feeling better than they did when they walked in. I have been playing hockey since I was 10 and played numerous other sports growing up, including soccer, rugby and football throughout high school. Although I gladly treat a variety of clients, my involvement in sports has lead me to become interested in focusing on deep tissue and sports related injuries and rehabilitation. I enjoy spending time with her friends and family, playing hockey, going to the gym, camping and spending as much time as possible outdoors. During my career I have expanded my knowledge and become more diverse by continuing my education in hot stone massage, joint mobilization and cupping techniques. I am interested in taking courses and learning new modalities including acupuncture, taping for injuries, remedial exercise and personal training.

On July 21, 2024 Chris and I welcomed our baby girl, Delilah to the world. We are loving every moment and soaking in all the newborn snuggles 💕

Today was my last day in clinic. We now anxiously await the arrival of our little one 🤍
I will be taking a year off to focus on our growing family. In the meantime, any of the other amazing, talented massage therapists will be happy to treat you!

Just now realizing I never posted our exciting news here! Better late than never 🤍
Little baby arriving soon! I am going on maternity leave starting next week and will be back in a year.
While I am off any of the other wonderful RMT’s at will be happy to see you for your massage therapy needs.
