Meet Alicia – Owner of Volonté Spa

With over 20 years of experience in the aesthetics industry and 15 years as the proud owner of Volonté Spa, Alicia has dedicated her career to helping others look and feel their absolute best through education, advanced treatments, and compassionate care.
As a Certified Master Aesthetician, Medical Aesthetician, Educator, and Trichologist in Training, Alicia is passionate about delivering results-driven treatments while continually expanding her knowledge to provide the highest standard of care.

What truly sets Alicia apart is the genuine relationships she builds with her clients. They don't just come for the treatments—they come for the connection. Known for her authenticity, compassion, honesty, and down-to-earth personality, Alicia believes in creating a space where everyone feels comfortable, valued, and understood. There is no fakeness—just real conversations, real care, and a sincere commitment to helping people feel confident in their own skin.

I did something that was outside of my comfort zone! My very first branding photoshoot! (Sneak peek here)
To be honest, I was nervous. I was self conscious. I questioned myself more times than I can count.

For nearly 20 years as an Aesthetician, I've never had to sell "me". My work has always spoken for itself. My business has been built through relationships, referrals, trust, and the results I've been fortunate enough to provide my clients. The focus has always been on the services, not on me.

Standing in front of a camera and becoming the face of my brand felt incredibly vulnerable. It forced me to step into a space I've spent years avoiding — being seen.

But as my business continues to grow, I realize that people aren't just connecting with the treatments we offer. They're connecting with the person behind them.

This photoshoot wasn't about perfection. It was about growth. It was about showing up, even when it feels uncomfortable, and embracing the next chapter of my business journey.

To anyone else who struggles with self-doubt or feels uncomfortable putting themselves out there, know that you're not alone. Growth often asks us to do the very things that make us nervous.

We want to thank everyone for an incredible weekend at our Mother’s Day Scalp Spa event. We truly hope everyone enjoyed their experience, and we sincerely appreciate your continued support.

There is so much behind-the-scenes work that goes into events like these, and we especially want to recognize the moms on our team who dedicated their Mother’s Day to providing exceptional service to our clients. We served 30 clients in 3 days and we're forever greatful for each one.
