*save post to look back on in the future* Bare Bottoms Wax Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason to maintain safety, hygiene, and professionalism. To ensure a smooth, respectful experience for everyone, please take the time to read the following before booking your appointment.

Arrival & Late Policy
- A 10-minute grace period is allowed but not recommended. After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be added to your appointment.
- Arriving 15 minutes late or more will require the appointment to be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of your appointment fee out of respect for the next scheduled client and the estheticians time.

Cancellation & No-Shows
- Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a $20 cancellation fee.
- Expectations may be made, at the owners discretion.
- No-shows (failure to arrive or communicate until it is too late to perform the service) will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

Hygiene & Preparation
- Showering before your appointment is required.
- If a client arrives in an unclean state, the appointment will be denied and charged 50% of the service fee.
- Cleansing wipes are always provided before the esthetician enters the room, but this does not replace your proper showering prior to arrival.

Conduct & Safety
- Absolutely NO inappropriate or sexual behaviour will be tolerated.
- If at any point, the esthetician feels uncomfortable, the appointment will be immediately canceled, charged 100% of the service price, and the client will be asked to leave the studio.

Health & Contraindications
- Prior to your booked appointment time, a consultation form will be sent via email. Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, medication’s (especially retinal, Accutane, antibiotics). Failure to do so may result in service refusal and applicable fees.

Children Policy
- No children are allowed during your appointment time without prior approval from the owner
