How often you wash your hair is vital to healthy care. On what day do you notice it starts to feel dry? Over time, this will become easier to notice.
Rule of thumb: at least once a week.
For me, my hair and scalp starts to dry out on day 4/5. It’s time to put water back in, it’s wash day!
