She came to me because she was feeling unheard and unhappy with a previous experience (somewhere else)…she asked for Grey Blending and was given a Global Blonde service; she was over processed and her hair was fragile. She said every morning that she woke up her hair was a different colour.
She decided she wanted to go back to a darker brown but a balayage. Keeping the integrity of her hair in mind, I couldn’t further highlight her hair so I worked some magic and voila! Carm left feeling 10 years younger, and I got an ego boost…it was a win-win🙌
