Imagine what you can accomplish if you really dialed in and focused on the thing or things that you have been procrastinating about and allowing yourself to be distracted?

How would you feel about yourself by December 31st?

What change would you see by the end of the year?

What is it for you?

What if one day you woke up and decided you've had enough of the life you created?

What would it be like to surrender everything to God and let him guide you

instead of thinking you had any control in the first place?

What if surrendering is exactly what's needed to remove the self created shackles and chains of an identity that had never represented who you have been created to be?

Before we can receive the love we're asking for

we need to become the person who is ready to receive that love.

Relationships that have been mirroring an unhealed version of ourselves need to leave so God can begin working on us.

You aren't meant to live a lack-lustre life.

If you've been living with a dark cloud following you around

don't be scared to make the changes needed for you to create more colour and joy in your life.

Hard seasons are part of life, but they don't have to become the entirety of your life.

Challenges and Blessings can exist at the same time.

Where you choose to focus your attention and energy is what will grow.

It doesn't mean you ignore the challenges. You acknowledge what is in front of you, do what needs to be done today and then refocus your energy to everything good in your life.

And if you say, 'There's nothing good in your life', look deeper or look more surface level if that helps.

Do your best to not worry about what might happen tomorrow or the future. That hasn't been written yet.

Be present in what's happening today.

1 Thessalonians 5:16–18 — Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances

Matthew 6:34:

Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

The transition between what was and what will be is not always easy.

We heal and detach from the emotional connection.

Eventually we also let go of the physical reminders of a life that's past.

Do you still have pictures, old cards, notes, letters, jewellery, etc that stir up the past?

We don't need to hang on to everything because the memories will always be part of the story of who we have become.
