It’s with mixed emotions that we share that ETHICA Beauty Bar will be closing our doors at 9 Melrose Avenue. Our lease is coming to an end, and after thoughtful consideration, we’ve decided that December 22nd will be our final day of services.

ETHICA will continue to exist administratively until early 2026, but all services will conclude just before Christmas.

Hi there! I’m Amelie, the owner of ETHICA Beauty Bar, a boutique beauty bar in Ottawa specializing in cruelty-free, vegan, and toxic-free services.

I’m excited to announce a unique opportunity to join me in growing this passion-driven business! I’m looking for someone who shares my vision and values to work alongside me for the first 6 months, with the potential to become a business partner if we’re a great fit.

What I’m Looking For:

A certified and experienced esthetician who is not only confident in performing services such as manicures, pedicures, facials, hair removal, and more — but also eager to contribute to day-to-day operations.
Someone who can assist in hiring, training, and onboarding new estheticians as the business grows.
A background in the beauty/wellness industry and business management is a strong asset.
A passion for cruelty-free, vegan, and sustainable beauty.
Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
A shared commitment to exceptional client experiences and ongoing business growth.
