Me to a T 😅 I’ve never really thought too much about my behaviours similar to these ones until now 😅
👏🏻👏🏻 kudos to this chick! And she’s so accountable everyday! I hope she makes her goals! 🤑🤑
With the warmer weather creeping up on us, I thought my craving to hear my suitcase wheels on the airport floor and the salty ocean on my toes would fade…. It has not 😅 this suspect wants to be on a beach with a Bahama Mama drink in hand ☀️

As the effects of seasonal depression begin to lift,
I am experiencing a renewed sense of vitality.
The warmth and light of the sun are having a profoundly uplifting effect on my mood.
This spring, I intend to make the most of my lunch breaks at work by spending time outside, either sitting or walking, weather permitting of course as I tend to turn into mufasa from the lion king with any rain!
Taking this time for myself will enable me to prioritize my own needs, which we all know can be difficult to do as a busy mother.
By allocating time for quiet reflection, I hope to revitalize, refocus, and reconnect with myself.
The implementation of small, manageable objectives can have a profound impact on one's habits, leading to substantial breakthroughs☀️
… so get TF outside friends 😉

This is spring cleaning for your mind!
Your distractions aren’t random.
What you reach for when things get uncomfortable tells you what you’re trying not to feel.
What do you reach for when you feel uncomfortable? What are you trying to escape?
ONE THING FOR YOU TO TRY THIS WEEK
Next time you reach for a distraction, pause and write down or focus on what you’re trying to avoid.
Spring cleaning isn’t just for your house! You can martha Stewart organize your closet all you want, but if your head is still full of unresolved stress, bad habits, and emotional junk from five years ago… nothing really changes.
Mental clutter shows up as procrastination, burnout, and that constant low-grade anxiety you can’t quite name.
Its Time for some spring cleaning for your mind. You sort through what’s useful, throw out what’s not, and stop tripping over the same old stuff.
Self care, reading, exercise, meditation, yoga, all those things let you do that with no awkward waiting rooms, no pretending everything’s fine. Even therapy! There is Nothing wrong or shameful in sitting with someone and getting things off your chest!
Clean up the mess that actually matters!
Spring has sprung my friends! Time to clean yourself up and get ready for a kick ass summer!
