Sinha Hair didn't begin with a trend. π±π°
It began with a return to my roots.
Growing up Sri Lankan, I was surrounded by a culture where plants, oils and intentional rituals weren't something new or fashionable β they were simply part of how care was passed down.
Years later, when I found myself searching for a different way to care for my own hair, I found myself returning to that wisdom. πΏ
And that became the heart of Sinha Hair.
This brand is my way of honouring the traditions that inspired me while creating hair care that fits into our lives today.
It's why you'll see botanicals throughout Sinha Hair.
It's why we talk about rituals instead of quick fixes.
And it's why I believe caring for your hair begins long before the finished style.
Care for the soil, and the flowers will thrive.
Sinha Hair isn't about chasing every new hair-care trend.
It's about remembering that some wisdom isn't new at all. π€
From my heritage to your crown.
Your Hair, Our Heritage.
Ancient Wisdom, Modern Care.

Has your hair been feeling a littleβ¦ different lately? π
You're not imagining the change.
As we move into fall, our environment changes β cooler outdoor temperatures, changing humidity, heated indoor spaces, and even more friction from hats, scarves and sweaters.
And sometimes, your hair-care routine needs to adjust with it.
You might start noticing drier lengths, rougher ends, more frizz, or a scalp that simply doesn't feel the way it did during summer.
But before adding another product to your shelf, ask yourself:
What actually changed?
If your lengths feel drier, they may need more attention to moisture and conditioning.
If your hair feels stripped after washing, it may be worth looking at your cleansing routine.
If your ends feel rough, give the oldest part of your hair a little extra care.
And if you've fallen out of your oiling routine, fall can be a beautiful time to return to it. πΏ
Your routine doesn't need to become more complicated just because the season changed.
It needs to become more intentional.
Listen to your hair.
Adjust where needed.
Give your routine time.
Because caring for your crown isn't about chasing every new product or trend.
It's about learning what your hair needs. π€
Save this for your fall hair routine β and send it to someone whose hair has been acting a little different lately. π
Your hair notices the change in seasons too. π
As the cooler days settle in and we start spending more time indoors, you may notice your hair and scalp beginning to feel a little different.
Maybe your ends feel drier than they did during the summer.
Maybe you're noticing more frizz or roughness.
Maybe your scalp is asking for a little more attention.
That's your reminder that your hair-care routine doesn't have to stay exactly the same all year.
Just like we adjust our skincare, clothing, and daily rituals with the seasons, it's worth checking in with what your hair needs right now. πΏ
Does it need more moisture?
A nourishing oil ritual?
More attention to your scalp?
A little extra care for your lengths and ends?
You don't necessarily need to add five new products to your routine. Sometimes it's simply about becoming more intentional with the products you already use and adjusting your ritual as your needs change.
At Sinha Hair, we believe hair care begins with understanding your crown β not following a one-size-fits-all routine. π€
So as we step into a new season, take a moment to check in with yours.

Not sure which Sinha Hair Oil is right for you? πΏ
The answer isn't necessarily the one with the most hype.
It's the one that fits your scalp and hair's needs.
Here's a simple place to start:
πΏ Balancing Herbal Oil
For oily scalps that tend to feel greasy quickly. A lightweight option for a more balanced-feeling scalp ritual.
π Soothing Scalp Oil
For dry or uncomfortable-feeling scalps. A nourishing blend created for a soothing, intentional scalp-care ritual.
π€ Renewal Essence Oil
For dry, damaged, or thirsty hair that needs richer nourishment. Especially suited to a deeper oiling ritual for the hair and lengths.
And remember β your scalp and your hair don't always have the same needs.
You might have an oily scalp and dry ends.
You might have a comfortable scalp but damaged lengths.
You might simply be looking for a lightweight oil rather than a rich treatment.
That's why we created different oils for different rituals.
The best hair oil isn't the most popular one.
It's the one that fits you.
Not sure which one to choose?
Comment your scalp type + what your hair feels like right now, and we'll point you in the right direction. π

It's about learning what your hair needs β and giving it consistent care. πΏ
Sometimes that's a nourishing oil ritual.
Sometimes it's moisture.
Sometimes it's simply being gentler with your hair.
There doesn't have to be a complicated routine.
Just intention, consistency, and care.
Because your hair is your crown. π
Care for the soil, and the flowers will thrive.

You oil your hair regularlyβ¦ so why can it still feel dry? πΏ
Because oil and moisture aren't the same thing.
Sometimes, dry-feeling hair needs more than simply adding more oil. Your hair may need moisture, conditioning, gentler cleansing, and a little more attention to how you apply your products.
And this is one reason we love a warm oil treatment.
The hair's outer layer, called the cuticle, is made up of overlapping scales. Gently warming your oil can help it spread more easily along the hair shaft while softening the hair and enhancing the conditioning feel of the treatment.
It's not about making the oil hot.
It's about creating a slow, intentional ritual that allows you to thoroughly coat your hair and give your strands the nourishment and care they need. π€
For dry, damaged, or thirsty hair, try making warm oiling part of your routine:
πΏ Gently warm your oil
πΏ Apply it thoroughly from scalp to ends
πΏ Pay extra attention to your driest areas
πΏ Allow it to sit before washing
πΏ Follow with a gentle cleansing and conditioning routine
πΏ Stay consistent
Because sometimes your hair doesn't need more products.
It needs a better ritual.
At Sinha Hair, we believe healthy hair begins at the root β and caring for your hair is a practice of consistency, patience, and intention.
Care for the soil, and the flowers will thrive. πΏ

Why does Sinha Hair use so many herbs? πΏ
Because our story didn't begin with a trend.
Sinha Hair was inspired by Sri Lankan traditional herbal hair care β by the ingredients, rituals and knowledge that have influenced the way hair has been cared for for generations.
Banyan Root.
Amla Berry.
Gotu Kola.
Fenugreek.
Curry Leaf.
Vetiver.
Black Sesame.
Weniwelgeta.
Neem.
These aren't ingredients we chose because they were popular on social media.
They're part of the traditions that inspired Sinha Hair.
We bring these botanicals together with carefully selected oils and our own formulation process to create hair-care rituals designed for modern life.
Some botanicals are infused and strained. Others remain part of the finished formula. Each has its place in the process.
And that's important to us.
Because Sinha Hair isn't about putting a long list of exotic herbs on a label just because they sound interesting.
It's about honouring where our inspiration comes from and bringing that heritage into the way we care for hair today.
Ancient wisdom.
Modern care.
Rooted in tradition. π€
