Nick better known around here as “Togi” is the definition of what consistency and hunger can turn into. Just over a year ago, he walked through the door with zero experience in cutting hair, but what he lacked in skill, he made up for with work ethic. Day after day, he stayed locked in, putting in hours most people wouldn’t see; learning, asking questions, taking feedback, and sharpening his craft. He went from offering free cuts just to get reps in, to running promo cuts, and now confidently charging full price. A true reflection of the level he’s reached. Togi isn’t just improving, he’s evolving, building his own style, and earning his spot behind the chair. The growth has been real, and this is only the beginning for him.
