Three years ago, Urban Smiles opened its doors with a dream, a lot of passion, and honestly… a lot of blood, sweat, and tears.

Over the last three years we’ve grown more than we ever imagined. We’ve met the most incredible clients, built a beautiful little community, and created so many memories that we’ll always be grateful for.

But sometimes growth means taking the next step…

Urban Smiles is moving to Hintonburg!!

Just a quick 7-minute drive away from our current space, our new home will be a beautiful, newly renovated suite at 250 City Centre Avenue, surrounded by 32 other amazing small businesses in one vibrant space!

And don’t worry — the move comes with some perks:

Today, we said goodbye to a beloved member of the Carroll/Urban Smiles family! Hobbes Carroll, the sweet 8-year-old pug passed today surrounded by his loved ones.
Hobbes brought endless joy, laughter, and love to everyone who knew him. His goofy charm and gentle soul will be deeply missed, but we take comfort in knowing his life, though short, was filled with so much love and he is no longer in pain.

Hobbes will forever hold a special place in our hearts, reminding us to cherish every wagging tail and every little moment with our pets! Rest easy, sweet boy. Hold your fur babies close with extra kisses today! 💔
