Today brought a gentle reminder of how deeply body conditioning and old stories can run ✨

​I stumbled across a picture from January 2024 and my mind’s instant reaction was, "I was so skinny, I want that body back"

​No immediate recognition of everything my body has held and carried since—including bringing a baby into the world almost a year ago! Just that automatic, conditioned urge to return to the past ✨️

​So, I decided to create a Then & Now photo to step back into presence and challenge that narrative. And I’m so glad I did! ✨️

​Looking at the side-by-side, the truth hit me: I don’t want to go back ✨️

​I’ve expanded so much since then—in my embodiment, my peace, and my truth (and yes, my hair!). Even though I spent part of today stuck in my feelings, beating myself up for "not doing enough," this visual brought me right back to my center ✨️

​We don't always notice the subtle, daily shifts in our healing and growth. But looking back, I can see my evolution through all the trials, joys, and blessings life has held for me. My body didn't lose value; it gained wisdom, strength, and life ✨️
