Paula has 16 years experience providing a variety of Massage Therapy techniques for relaxation, pre and post surgical rehabilitation and sport specific injuries. She is the only certified Sport Massage Therapist SMT(C) in Ottawa. For 12 years, Paula has been a member of Athletics Canada's healthcare team treating members of Canada’s national track and field team and cross country team at competitions around the world.
