Hi there,
Here's a bit of my story on how I became fit and a beachbody coach. So after having 5 kids and learning that my mother was terminally ill with lung cancer and given months to live. I had decided I needed to change my life around not just for me, but my family! So with that in mind I threw out the ci******es and started exercising. I started off on an elliptical, did this for 6 months and hit a plateau. This is when my good friend and fellow beachbody coach approached me about her online fitness groups. So I thought what could it hurt! Well let me tell u this was the best thing I had done. I started out with 20 weeks of turbo fire. Then 16 weeks of Chalean extreme, and 60 days of Insanity max 30,21 day fix extreme,another round of turbo fire, 6 weeks of cize,and now on my second round of insanity max 30 :]
