Beginning at 12:01 AM tomorrow, Ottawa Public Health has mandated the use of a mask or face covering in public spaces.

Exceptions apply to children under the age of two (or children under 5 who refuse to wear a mask), individuals with medical conditions who can't safely wear a mask, individuals who can't apply or remove a mask without assistance, and people who are behind a physical barrier (ie plexiglass). Proof of exception is not required.

We always carry on the best hygiene as possible for our equipment and work stations after each client.
👉We will ask everyone to wash their hands at the arrival, sanitizers are available to use too.

Aftercare and maintenance

Must respect 4-24 hour rule
rinse after 4 hrs with just water
wash with lash shampoo after 24 hrs

No wetting the lashes, exercise / sweating, over exposure to heat, touching or playing with the eyelashes.

No oils and eye creams
No regular or waterproof mascara
Avoid touching or playing with the eyelashes

Avoid eyelash curlers
Avoid over exposure to heat (long hours in the sun, sauna, very hot showers)
Avoid sleeping on one side of the face.

Client Instructions Refills necessary every 2-4 weeks.
Cleansing the eye area nightly to prevent any infections and residue build up.
(lash shampoo or baby shampoo)

Only use eyelash extension friendly mascara.
Always wash off gentle use air dryer to dry with cool air not with towel.

Brush them when lashes is dry not wet .
