ALL proceeds go to CCMF, the Canadian Center for Men and families, Ottawa Chapter. Since 2017, this charity offers emotional support, counseling, therapy and access to legal help, for Men and thier families.

Mens mental health can take a toll at the holidays, too.

Maybe a recent divorce has left them suddenly alone and without thier children over the holidays.

Maybe they've recently lost a family member and feel they must be everyone's strength and hide thier own grief.

Maybe they've lost thier job this year and can't provide like they used to for thier family. A tiny Christmas makes them feel like a total failure.

But these aren't maybes... these are real stories.

I've come to know some pretty incredible men, trying thier absolute hardest for themselves and those they love. ❤️

Help me give back, and support thier mental well being this season of giving.
