She is known for her exceptional communication and for taking the time to truly understand each client’s goals and expectations — so every treatment feels personalized, intentional, and results-focused.

Emily has recently completed her clinical training and now works closely alongside our senior medical aesthetics team, following Skin Revival’s established, results-driven protocols to help create visible, confidence-building results.

We’re hiring a part-time Client CARE Support Specialist starting January.

This is a hybrid, behind-the-scenes role that works outside of our typical reception team. The focus is on supporting our staff, maintaining smooth operations, and ensuring all client needs and communications are handled promptly and professionally.

What we’re looking for:
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
• Reliability, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Genuine interest in the medical aesthetic industry
• Consistent availability is required

Bonus skills (an asset, not required):
• Office administration experience
• Canva or basic graphic design
• Social media content creation
• Website editing (WordPress, Squarespace, etc.)
• Experience with booking systems or CRM platforms

This role offers potential for growth within the company for the right candidate.

Part-time position. Hybrid: work-from-home with some required in-clinic hours. Starts January.

I’m so looking forward to mentoring her and watching her blossom in this field!

Outside the treatment room, Jordan is an animal lover and nature enthusiast who enjoys hiking, discovering new places, and soaking up everything beauty and wellness related. Her warm personality and genuine desire to help others feel their best make her a natural fit here at Skin Revival.
