Well no luck on my part. Locked from my phone so as of right now I can receive phone calls but that's it. I borrowed a tablet from someone so I may be able to check messages here as well. If I can find a phone to borrow for a couple days,I would be able to receive texts but not have access to my contacts list till they can fix this issue.

Hey everyone
So I’m having some phone issues so anyone who doesn’t have an iPhone, I won’t get your texts. So please message me though here or by email if you have it or look on this page and you’ll find it. Apparently I’m only able to get things while under wifi right now and non iMessage messages won’t come in and phone calls etc. Only FaceTime calls. Apparently even my voicemail won’t even connect for people to leave me a voicemail.

Sorry for the inconvenience and if you know anyone who may not be a part of this page and they don’t have an iPhone, please let them know that I’m not purposely ignoring. I’m just not able to get the calls or texts.

Hi everyone.
I know I haven’t posted anything in a while.. anyways it’s a pretty slow time of the year for me so I have many available appts in the coming weeks still available.
Also for anyone who doesn’t know this.. Hair salons do not have to require vaccine passports so if this is a concern for you then no worries as the government kept hairstylists and barbers out of that.

Also I had to move salons in August for anyone who hasn’t seen me since then due to the owner of the previous place becoming violent and breaking things and screaming to the point me and my clients at the time having to call the police on her.
The new location is only 2 blocks from where I was so it’s still in the same neighbourhood. Different type set up but much more secure and no issues with others like I’ve had in the past.

Also I will be having to take about 6-8 weeks off of work for surgery come later December sometime (hoping to know the date by early December).
So it may be best to plan your next appts according to this time off. Leading up to this surgery I may also not be able to work the longer hours I typically would in the month of December so please keep this in mind as well.

Some before and after photos of hair I’ve done recently. And an example for when I say to people “the lighting in this salon sucks” or “the colour will look better outside of this lighting”. This is what I mean showing the difference lighting can make on someone’s hair as the colours look 10 times better with the natural daylight😁

Hey everyone so the news has been released about salons being able to reopen. As of this Friday we are allowed to open back up again but please keep in mind we will be under strict rules as to how many clients we are allowed to take at a time so I will not be able to book as many as usual in a day.
I may extend my hours to also working Monday’s temporally to try and catch up on all the people awaiting appts.
With all of this being said I will be very busy trying to get peoples appts booked so my replies may be slower then usual. Just today once the news came my phone has rang multiple times and I have about 9 people texting. I had also had a list of people who are on the first to contact list as they had their previous appts canceled due to Covid and closing so these people will have the first offerings.
Also the building the the salon is in will be having work done to the front entrance area this week so I will not have access to taking clients on Friday at all but may be able to get the salon ready for Saturday. Because of the work being done on the front there will be a lot of construction dust so I will need time to clean the salon and prepare it for opening.

My last post on here saying the salon is still open was posted before I knew we had to close as it was a client who told me about it.

I am not good with keeping up with posts on this page at all but will try and post something when I have more information as to when I’m allowed to open again.

We are part of phase 2 OR 3 but there has been no other information released other then that so we have absolutely no idea when we can open again. Other provinces have opened salons again but not Ontario. Ford last said it will be a while before salons can open again and that’s all the information we’ve been given.
