$65 per person, per workshop

Conditions: These are creative mental health therapy workshops. This is a place for calmness and relaxing. Child must be over 8 years old - to max 16years old. No running or loudness. 17 years old and plus is considered adult admission. One free child admission per adult ticket. If you have a second child or more, admission will be 35$ each for the Flowers or Perfumery workshop.

*** Extra children ( 1 child or more) are zero extra admission, and second adult admission will receive 25% off for the 10am Self-Healing Workshop, only.

Self-Healing Workshop will be guided by a Registered Meditation Yoga Instructor, Registered Reflexologist and other health professionals. The workshop will focus on how to self-heal with easy-to-use techniques for signs and symptoms and emotional well-being. You will leave with a tool kit and guide to support your body's natural healing beyond the workshop. This workshop is for people who are experiencing signs and symptoms of aches and pain, pre-post chemotherapy/radiation /surgery, post injuries, emotional imbalance ( from a lost loved one, a separation, life struggles, over workload, parenting, stress, anxiety, and more ). Bonus: Introduction to Shockwave Therapy and Cupping.

Self-Healing Workshop

Learn techniques on how to self-heal with Acupressure, Reflexology, Energy Movements, and Meditation. Everyone will receive a Take-Home tools and guide kit. Introduction to Shockwave and Cupping Therapy. Introduction to Golden Root from Manotick Natural Food Market, with Darpan Ahluwalia , Registered Nutritionist, 25 Years in Manotick. Introduction to Emotional Healing with Julie Bolduc , 22 Years Registered Yoga Meditation Instructor.

Fully Guided with Registered Health Professionals.

Recommended for everyone, for anyone experiencing signs and symptoms of aches and pain, pre & post surgery, chemo/radiation, anxiety, emotional trauma, carpal tunnel, Sciatica, migraines and more. All Health Professionals are welcome to join and learn more on how we can help to heal and help ourselves/others towards a better quality of life.
