Week 2 so far
First week on new diet ordered by dr for high coloesterol and divertulousis (sp) elimination diet. Not perfect but getting there. One meal at a time and one workout at a time

Spetember so far have been struggling and need to get back to it
I will be nack soon. I am doing a three day cleanse for a colonoscapy and other prep. For this wed. And then have to fast the day before. Its been a lot to take in. Exercise is on pause this week.
But wil be baxk on track soon my oldest also turns 18 on the 19th
Had my first cheat daybin a while nothing crazy. I am going for a colonoscapy on the 17th anyone whoe has had knows what i will have tondo to prepare. Not looking forward to it

Have been up since 5 didnt wanna workout but i am glad i did. Now i am exhuated
