Mobility without stability is like having coffee without a mug....useless I sought out different therapies which gave me different levels of results. I was sold!
I have studied dance my whole life but took it to the next level when I studied Contemporary Dance at Concordia. I started performing in the professional milieu before I graduated, landing my first performance in a collaborative process between artists who are now known as Wants & Needs Dance and members of Arcade Fire.
