Well it’s been an interesting ride this last 20 months. From us moving out of town to returning back to Ottawa. A pandemic that doesn’t seem to want to leave. Although it feels like we have never left. Did I mention we are back lol. We are now opened in our new private studio contact us to book your appointment. We have missed you all and look forward to catching up.

22 years in Ottawa, where does the time go. We have been in business for 17 years. As you all know we are closing our business in Ottawa permanently and starting a new chapter in our lives.
Many of you have been a part of our family for most of this and us of yours. From graduation to weddings then children and watching your children grow up to be adults.
We will miss you all tremendously but our memories will be with us forever.
Well goodbye sounds so definite and makes me sad, so until we meet again.

YES, we are finally opening!

Sorry this has taken me so long to write. We have been busy today with numerous emails.
Although we are opening we will be at 40% as only one of us can be at the salon at a time. We are working hard to contact everyone who have messaged us here and by e-mail. Please be patient but feel free to message again.

Following protocol.

CHANGES TO APPOINTMENTS DUE TO COVID-19....
1- wear a face mask and either sanitize or wash hands. Temperature will be taken at arrival.
2- arrive in clean clothing , bring limited personal items
3- arrive on time. No more than 5 mins early.
4- there will be no hanging out after appointment.
5- attend appointments alone. No friends or children no exceptions
6- come with clean hair if only getting haircut
7-Shampooing will only be done when absolutely necessary such as after a colour and no talking at the wash basin
8- no walk ins by appointment only so there will always only be the 2 of us in the room at the same time
If you feel unwell or have been in contact with someone who is please rebook

Excitement is in the air!
As salons get reopened in different provinces we know our time is not far off. Regarding booking appointment we will need to wait till we have an official date by the province and time to prepare for everyone’s safety.

Who feels lucky? We put some thought into appointments for when we are allowed back to work. If you have an appointment on the days moving forward from reopening you need not worry, you get to keep it. We will fill in the open spaces to make sure everyone gets seen. We will be working outside our regular hrs to minimize the wait times. Keep an eye on here for more updates.
