It took me a while for me to actually accept this 😂. You need to trim your hair occasionally. Why?
Split ends, Sis!
Sometimes, you need to let go of your ends to make room for healthier hair. Even if it means your hair is shorter for a bit. It’s better to cut off the split ends and knots early and have overall healthy hair than to hold on to them because you want “long hair”. All that long hair just ends up looking damaged or unhealthy 🤷🏿♀️
