Uppliva (UPP-lee-vah) is a Swedish word meaning to uplift, revive, and comfort - a feeling at the heart of everything we do.
Inspired by the sauna culture and mindful way of life she experienced while living in Sweden, our founder, Maureen, created Uppliva to bring the shared sauna ritual to the heart of Ottawa.
