Clove Oil Recipe

2 tsp. Cloves
1/4 cup Almond or Olive Oil

Rinse and dry whole cloves.

Place into small sterilized mason jar.

Pour in oil.

Set mixture in sunny spot for 2 weeks.

Shake daily.

Strain out cloves and pour mixture into UV glass dropper bottle and store in a cool dark place.

DETOX BATH

Helpful for drawing out cold/flu and environmental toxins.

You will need:

Aluminum free baking soda
Natural pure epsom salt
Aztec clay

Toddlers use 2 tbsp. children use 1/2 cup
and adults 1 cup of each product

Mix ingredients into bath water and soak.

For best results stay in for a minimum of 20 mins.

HONEY GARLIC BOMB ✨ FREE RECIPE

DUAL USE

Syrup for the kiddos (over 1 year of age) and a carmalized garlic bomb for the teens & adults.

Knocks out pretty much everything 🦠

What you do?

Peel organic garlic and place in bottom of mason jar. Cover with pure organic golden honey and seal.

Place in cool dark place for 6 weeks.
Then it’s good to go!

Shelf life (if stored correctly) is 1 year.

Unlike over the counter cold & flu meds, this is free of harsh dyes and chemicals, and works like a charm.

Try making it yourself, or I have some ready to go for a small fee, if you’re sick and want to feel better quick!

Wash lemons or limes and place in mason jar.

Cover with distilled water, lid and place in fridge.

Keeps them fresh as the day you bought them
for up to 6 months!
