Hi Everyone ,

Just wanted to say a few things on here. As hairstylists, our time is incredibly valuable. Many of us work full schedules, long days , and do our absolute best to accommodate as many clients as possible. We often go out of our way to squeeze people in, stay late, or adjust our own personal time to meet everyone’s needs.

When an appointment is missed without notice, that time cannot be replaced. Time that is specifically reserved for you and could have been offered to another client who was waiting for an opening. No-shows and last minute cancellations have a real impact. With that being said this time of year we are very understanding with weather, car trouble, sickness. Whatever it may be as long as you let us know that makes the world of a difference.

We truly appreciate your understanding & respect for our time, just as we respect yours. If something comes up, please let us know. This allows us to manage our schedules fairly and continue providing the level of service and care you deserve.

A bittersweet feeling, We are all very happy to announce after 37 years of being an amazing hairstylist our lovely Shawna will be retiring at the end of this year. Although this news is very sad to us and to many of you she deserves every ounce of this. We will all miss her contagious laugh and positivity around the salon.

To all her loyal clients you’re not going to be left behind! Many of the girls here will take great care of you all & with room to grow with another stylist hopefully joining us here in the future.

Shawna wants to thank you all for the memories, trust & loyalty to her behind the chair over the years. So many good friendships made. She will miss seeing you all regularly.
