Here I am doing this exercise one arm at a time instead of the usual two.

Great variation using a rare piece of equipment at Omega.

I also now have the projector on a temporary screen instead of the wall. A proper projector screen is in the near future.

The best thing about this pec dec machine is that you can use it standing as well as sitting.

Here I have my feet in front of me which creates a slight decline angle. This makes the movement easier on my shoulders.
