For anyone who has had the privilege of knowing Monica knows what kind of a beautiful and special person she is. You are richer in life in many ways if you are lucky enough to have her in yours and we must all be grateful for this day that she was born!

Happy Birthday to the one and only 🎉 Wishing you another incredible year ahead and thank you for having me at hot yoga to celebrate your day with you!
13 years of friendship and 5 of those years we were together almost every day! Our love for Hot Yoga at started within those first few years.
Which in hindsight is really funny. Before Power Yoga, we joined a box gym and attended a yoga class and the instructor there made us sit out and watch instead and from then we swore we would never do yoga again, we were humiliated and embarrassed 😆
Somehow, we made the life altering decision to try and we were hooked instantly. I have wanted to return for so long but this gave me motivation to attempt other local hot classes again to prep for this day. She clearly killed it in class because anything she puts her mind to she does just that. I am always so proud of her 🥰
Long story short, or not, happy birthday to the sweetest human ever. Thank you for always being a great friend throughout the years and I look forward to 13 more years 🤩❤️
